- FIRST IMPRESSIONS
1A. INCOMING CALLS WHILE HANDSET WAS IN FULL VOLUME
Received on 30 Oct 2015 evening in my hand. Charged battery 98% in night. Received incoming call when handset volume was at the highest. Ring barely audible. Looking at the flashing handset screen was the I realized call was coming from Agra. Same situation with incoming calls received today(on 31 Oct morning).
1B. OUTGOING CALLS WHILE HANDSET WAS IN FULL VOLUME
Made two outgoing calls today(31 Oct) morning. Handset was in full volume. Couldn't hear bell ringing on other side. Looking at handset screen, knew that phone was actually dialling.
Later, on other features. Rushing for other important jobs on hand at this moment. Sure revert to tell you more. Thanks.
- CHANGING RINGTONE, UPDATING SOFTWARE, RESETTING TO FACTORY SETTINGS, RUNNING PHONE IN SAFE MODE, ETC. - NOTHING HELPED
Troubleshooting steps, as mentioned above, did not fix the problem. Carried out these attempts through 1st and 2nd Nov. Finally, placed a refund request on 3rd Nov. The piece I got may have been defective!
