I own a J2(2016)
From time to timm, like 1-2 time per day, the sim stops working.shows network but doesnt send or receive calls.
mobile data shows as on but can't browse. Its a jio sim.
Wrost part is I don't know when it stops working. so I can't receive any calls or messages till I restart the device.
The device is upto date on software.
I don't recall the issue happening over a month ago, so maybe a software update broke it?
