Finger print scanner is not working properly. I got a faulty product, my finger print scanner is not working properly and also the phone is very slow. I'm very disappointed. When I asked the customer care they are saying that after technical verification they will replace it only. Display is very poor.
Why does Samsung's sales are down ? coz costly product, lesser features
1.Finger print scanner not working
2.No front camera flash
3.Slow working
Heating issues
Battery life is not good
Strongly suggest not to buy this phone in case you use fingerprint scanner for phone unlock/ authentication.
Ps : - I do not recommend this phone to anyone.
