I am writing to bring to your attention a persisting issue with my Samsung washing machine purchased from Reliance Digital, Ansal Plaza, Gurugram, on May 12, 2024. Despite numerous complaints and promises of replacement, the issue remains unresolved.
The machine was delivered in a non-functional state on May 13, 2024, and I immediately raised a complaint. After multiple visits from ResQ engineers, the issue was acknowledged, and replacement promises were made. However, the replacement was cancelled without explanation, and I was instead offered repairs, which I refuse to accept.
The machine's defects are chronic, and I have been struggling for two months to get a replacement. I request your intervention to resolve this matter urgently. I want a new washing machine as replacement, as originally promised.
