I have buy samsung led tv in aug 2014 acter that in month of feb15 start knok knok sound behind the tv, I have book my complain in samsung support after that one month engineers will come.
But no solve my problem after some time knok sound in more loud and I have book complain in samsung support on 5 may enginers come on 9 june he take my tv to service center and after that servuce person not receive my phone I have call from other no and after 15 day he is pickup my phone 23rd jun I have back my tv to my home.
Samsung service and his service partner B2X service ahmedabad is third class his enginers us more third class.
