I had buy Samsung led 32 inch tv in last diwali. 1 st 2 month tv smoothly running but after that suddenly sound off condition.
After that I have spoke with customer care. Initially he refused my statement and he told that our service representative will identify problem after that we will change tv afer 10 days he came and saw actual problem and he agreed my statement. After that he told his company superior person and taken tv returned. And new tv issued this new tv came after 15 days but when he tsken old tv in his custody that time he give me assurance tv will be came near about 7 days in this process I had completely loss my one month dish tv package due to Samsung bad service. So you have more choice for led don't believe on Samsung
