The Samdareeya Era Cinema.
The cinema is located in Samdareeya Mall, which is not a mall but more of a shopping complex.
Ambience:
They have nothing in sense of making ambience good. The seats are small, uncomfortable, lobby is one which is not enough for standing, so you can never think of sitting.
among the other joys of watching a movie in cinema is that of having a look at the posters of upcoming movies, which is not cool here as the space between entrance and the auditorium is merely few feet.
to top it, the people spit in every corner of the cinema hall, I went to watch Toilet- ek prem katha, which is a movie on cleanliness, but the fellow sitting right next to me spat under the seat in front of him.
such is the condition that the security do not stop people from taking in paan masala and gutkha pouches.
Ticket Prices:
Very high, for what they have in store. not worth 500 bucks for a couple to watch the movie in sheer discomfort.
Picture and Sound:
Nope, again a BIG BIG ZERO in this department. as the screens are small and not worth watching a movie, it is as if you have stretched your LCD to make it look like a cinema screen.
Sound, too much of bass, and clutter in the sound. Additionally, the sync also looses at times.
Value for money:
NO. NOT EVEN WORTH A PENNY.
To sum it up
Ambience: Zilch
Ticket Prices: Unnecessarily High
Picture and Sound: Double ZILCH
Value for Money: NOT EVEN WORTH A PENNY.
