Sam Higginbotham institute of agricultural technology i.e SHATS is located in the Naini allahabad uttarpradesh, as I am a govt. Employee in the MHA(Ministry of home affairs) and due to which I have carried out distance education as graduation from the above said college in the Arts stream during the academic year 2011 to 2014, the way the I got the facilities from the faculty and the study material which the institute has provide I have qualified with a good percentage of marks and also I have promoted to senior ppst due to completion of graduation.
