I exchanged my old Maruti 800 for New Ritz in Sept 2012. The old car and new car was purchased from Sai Services in Pune. The insurance work, servicing all all was done at this center.
For last 12 months I am following up with all seniors in Sai Services including Ravindra, Vijay from the hopeless feedback department. Yet, Sai Services has not given me the No Claim Bonus against my old car. Same was the case for the central locking issues. The in-warranty repair work was denied by Phugewadi Workshop and so was it denied for 3 months by the external services. Ravindra was not at all able to help me.
The entire staff and also the Maruti call center is hopeless.
