Hi friends I would like to share my experience many office would have visited Sahil restaurant which is in Mumbra many a times no doubt the taste of the food provided here is very good but then if you speak about the management and the staff people none of them have a good attitude they don't think about the customer they don't know how to speak all will be speaking with you like they are doing a favour for you they don't know that if the customer is coming at the place then they should at least speak politely with the customers it does not mean that the customer are bound to come there they can go somewhere else also if they don't stop speaking harshley to the customer I have experience very bad incident with them many time many of the staff will be chewing tobacco on duty and don't bother to listen to you even if you call them politely they will reply you in a bad manner. Even if the food quality is very good and the taste is nice but then you don't bother to go for the same place again if the customer service is really bad I think the owners should think about this.
