Worst service, I would say. We should be given an option which is much less than poor, for product rating, as they don't even deserve a single star. I shifted my things from Bangalore to Kerala and some of the items, including my furniture were broken, when they delivered. The worst part is, they will not answer your calls, or respond to your mails after you inform them about your item damage.
Even if you take the insurance its of no use. So never go for these packers, if you have any other option. This is a request.
