Good:
Team members and team leads. I work with an awesome team for one our biggest client. I love working with my colleagues. All very helpful and behave like extended family. They helped me lot when I was new, especially one whom I consider as my big brother. I cannot name him but thanks brother for all you did. He helps any one who is in danger and has saved job of many. He gives us the strength of standing against higher management and fighting for our rights. Thanks buddy. I know he will say kuch bhi as he always does.
Bad:
Senior management. Whenever you go to them for any requests like project change or work in new technologies, they promise to move you in next 6 months but never do. They will use you to get their work done by giving false assurance. They will make you work over weekends, long hours and if you go back for asking to fulfill your expectation they get angry and don't like you. They always give work orally never in mail so that they can escape. Result is waste of time and carrier very much impacted. Also very low pay as per market standards.
If seniors mgmt do like this then whom to trust. Better search for better opportunities. We can't wait for ever for someone to decide our fate. Most of us are leaving very soon because of this.Rest will also follow.
One suggestion to higher management. Money got from our project in given to other big mouth team. But they haven't earned one rupee till date but get huge salary. We make profit for company but used like tissue paper. Give some respect and better salary to us also.
