Located on NDA road, this little restaurant looks like a cosy place to spend a quiet evening with your family. Although it is fairly new, the management is incredible and so is the service.
I landed up at Saffron by chance. I was on my way with my family to Up and Above, but we decided to stop and try out the new place. Well, it was a good first impression, I must say. The decor is pleasing, and the crowd was also very sober and family like.
If you ever chance by there, try the hara bhara paneer. Its mouthwatering..........absolutley delicious. I would also strongly recommend the Lemonade! An absolute necessity in this hot parching summer.
However, there is one thing which may prove to be a setback for some. This place still does not have a bar. So, well, a non-alcoholic dinner...if it pleases you, is all that they can offer. However, I believe, that with time, they will get their liscence and that hitch will be eliminated pretty soon.
If you are fond of silent corners and really good food, leave aside crowds, then you must try this place. I am sure you won't regret it...I didn't.
