SRS: Losing sandards. Review on S.R.S. Travels, Bangalore

I have traveled by SRS travels quite a few times to Karwar, Goa, Hubli. Here is my experience about the travel agency:

Pros:

1. The buses are well maintained and comfortable.

2. Most of the time, they are on time.

3. They have a very good bus station at Majestic and Madiwala.

4. No rash driving(Heard ppl say they do, but personally never experienced)

Cons:

1.They stop for dinner at some pathetic hotels. All the buses heading from Bangalore to Karwar, Goa stop at some restaurant where food is horrible and its better to avoid using the washrooms. Better to pack some stuff from Bangalore only. While returning from Karwar via Shimoga, they stop for dinner around 12 am and that too at some pathetic restaurant. There are some decent restaurants near Kumta or Honnavar, Why go all the way till Jog falls for dinner.

1. Sometimes the fan and TV doesn't work.

Guys, keep up the standards, else you will be losing a lot of customers.
