Rupay cards are one of the best cards available.i got my first rupay card in 2014.it was not that popular or in use at that time.but now it easily dominates the league.rates and charges are very much less compared to Visa and maestro cards.various other benifits are given to the Rupay card holders by the government.huge discounts and cashback are given by irctc if the payement is paid by rupay cards.customer serice for rupay cards depends on the bank or the branch of the bank which had issued the card.overall rupay card is convenient to use and is in demand now, and I am happy with it
