I have this rupay card for more than a year. When I opened my bank account in bank of india, they does not provide me any master card or visa. They gave me this rupay card, which I think is best for any national transaction and also it is a part of make in india. But it does not allow you to shop intetnationally. Although it looks little cheaper but it have a limit of 25, 000₹ with this card in atm. Tax charges are cheapest in all type of transactions as it is part of make in india. The only feature which I think they need to add is 'international transactions'
