Hey, my family has been using Roombas for vacuuming ever since they came out with the first one a few years ago. We've been sticking with them because they seem to get better with every new model. As with all the Roombas, it's a totally self-automated vacuum that covers an entire floor area, and you can block off an area with virtual walls -- this prevents it from tumbling down stairs, for example.
Unlike all other Roombas, though, for this one you hardly ever have to press a button, because once you've programmed it to run at a certain time, it leaves its charger, vacuums, and then returns to its charger once it's finished vacuuming. The newest feature is the Intelli-Bin, which means that the vacuum beeps whenever the bin starts to get full.
All you have to do is empty this bin whenever it starts beeping. The rest is so easy (program it to vacuum when you'll be gone) and idiot-proof that you end up forgetting about vacuuming altogether.
