Ritu Kumar boutique - khar is a one shop where customers are not welcome!! they are being cheated and humiliated by the unproffesional staff, who not only is uncourtious but also unprofessional who abuses its customer... I witnessed a drama in the shop where the lady staff was yelling at customer who came to seek help for an exchange of Ritu Kumar Label outfit !! Strict NO NO to all shoppers fromm RITU KUMAR !!
Warning - Not recomended for weak hearts and people who thinks LABELS make difference, a normal general store around the corner would give much better customer delight than Ritu Kumar Mumbai - Khar boutique !!
The staff needs both product and more importantly soft skills training before they are made to sit at the counter where they face customers...a background check of each staff is required to understand the basic manners and verbal language used by them in public....Horrifying experience !! Ritu kumar Mumbai - Khar !!
