Ringing bells promise to give a smartphone for only 251 bucks. From the starting dates till now their are lots of confussion regarding it. That is it by the government of india launching it on behalf of make in india project. But the compnay senior manager told that their is no governmet subsidy in it. And they are launching it their own.but after the launch of phone .its website got crash.then people came to know that it a new company and they dont have any backup plans .they even dont have any production setup to make phone .
So its generally a scam.but we have to wait till june last
