Now a days every one are thing that I have ta eat more food but not to get fat every is thing like that right y cant you eat but at the same time you have to some workout also ( EAT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN AND ALSO WORKOUT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN ) dont let it go untill you get some you need that to want it in your life it also have ladies gymnasium, physiotherapiest, fitnees centres, phydical therapiests etc good couching well treand people they give good seggestiones what we can do what we can not health whise
