It is more than a week when I raised a complain regarding the Bed I hired from Rentickle. They used Tiny screw to fix the bed which broke from 2 corners. This all happened when parents who are 60 plus of age slept on it. They where lucky that they did not got heart much.
But the complain I raised was on no use. Neither anyone visited to fix this bed nor any one called me to know the issue. I am getting reply on Email after 3-4 days of my followup.
It is more than 7 days. Somehow I tried to fix the Bed by myself as I had no other choice.
No body comes to know about the customer service until you need it. For me, it was pathetic.
I would recommend, go to some other brand to hire these stuff.
