Kwid was said to be the cheapest family affordable with all the basic needs like good air conditioner, music system, space, etc. It is just a marketting technique by renault from sayin it cheap. Its not at all that cheap and the model with all the basic requirements come at price tag of 4.5 lakhs! One could buy a celerio, wagonr or eon like cars which habe better resale value and performance than kwid. Talking of performance it comes with 2 engine options 1000cc and 800cc. 800cc engine is better than 1000cc as both feel the same in driving and are not too impressive.
Looks of this car from outside is ok and it has huge amount of boot space only these two points this car stands good otherwise its too bad!
Quality of material used to make car feels too cheap.
And also company claims a mileage of 24kmpl for this car and it hardly delivers average of around 14kmpl in daily city use.
