For general public: debit card fraud happened, and money was loaded through unauthorized transactions to reload.in account, and then redeemed within few minutes. Working with reload.in customer rep, but no refund or inquiry initiated from reload.in side. On our part, FIR lodged(not against reload.in, but the IP address of fraudsters and end-users like recharged mobile numbers and use of this website) for the fraud in SBI debit card(transactions seemed happened without OTP use, showing lack of security encryption and will update you all once law takes next course.
