Believe me when I say I have used multiple trading terminals like ICICI direct, Geojit and Bonanza and this is the worst site I have come across.They further complicate it with their real shoddy customer care center who have no clue of anything in intra day trading or normal delivery stocks.all they do is good morning and thank u for callling.Further they dont have a toll free number like ICICI or geojit so u have to make a STD call to get to their call canter and then they will make u wait for 10 mionute and 15 minutes adding to ur woes and providing no resolution.
Recently I tranfeered 20000 rs to my religare account to buy a stock and I find that due to some techincal problems money has been transfeered from my bank to religare but religare cat transfer it to my account.I waited for 3 days to get my money by then the stock buying oppurtunity had gone.
U can use ur own jusgement.i fell into the low brokerage trap and I am suffewring heavily for ir.hope others r smarter.
