This is to warn you all not to get in the trap of Reliance people promissing in-expensive internet. I disconnected my Airtel connection and enrolled for unlimited access package at Rs. 400 per month with a phone at Rs. 50 per month and paid the cheque to RCIL.
It got en cashed on 23.01.2008, but till date no connection. My dear guy from Reliance has now even blocked my phone numbers, so I can not complain. My mails to Reliance customer care go into black-holes. A telephone call to them, they gave me a number of their incharge in Delhi, some Susmita Chakravarty, 011-30320042. The phone just rings and never is lifted (some thousand times in a week). Beware of this guy: Vinay, # 09990991853, Vikaspuri area, New Delhi. Got sick of their service, really. Please advice me on how to cancel my application and get my money back.
