This is veeral parekh from mumbai i bought reliance net connect from ambica telecom in kandivali west for rs 3500 the sales person on the front desk explained me all the features regading the product i was satisfied with that and i bought the product from the web world it got activated.
I tried it at my home it was working at is normal speed of 3.1mbs but after half & hour it droped to 2, 30 kbps thats was not the issue as the very next day i went to my office in borivali east & i did not got the signal as they had promised me that it will work any where in india.
I went to the store again i told them about my problem the guy who is owing frachisse of web world i was been told to meet him when i said about the signal he just said we cant do any thing about this what ever you can do u do and you can compliant to any 1 i am not bothered about or afraid about so this is call dadagiri words i mailed to anil ambani & data card support they always reply with the same greetings about my compliant & the coustmer care number is never connected & i am always helpless for this
