As we know Reliance company is one of the leading CDMA & GSM Service providers in India and abroad . Reliance provide services like landline broadband and wifi internet connection through dongle on 2g, 3g.
And 4g. I have opted there Reliance Netconnect service for a period of 1 year because they promised to provide speedy and fast connection with reasonable price. I bought Reliance Netconnect for my personal use as it is providing 3.1 mbps speed, so I opted for unlimited plan 999 along with dongle price of around Rs1500. To my surprise Reliance Netconnect has worked good with great speed for few month. After few month its usual problem started its signal got weak and its speed has gone down. even if I get full signal then also there is frequent disconnection. webpage sometime load fast sometime its doesn't load at all. Reliance provide all internet connection on static IP which is very reliable ans safe to use with adequate security measures with its own firewall for protection. Service and support is not up to mark. Even a simple problem related to Reliance Netconnect take lot of time. The solution provide by them is not adequate for solving the issues related to its product.
