I have been using NetConnect from Jan 10. I have used it in Indore, Bangalore and now in Hyd.** claim for 3.1 mbps that comes in Braodband+ mode, which I could connect only for 5-6 hrs, out of 5 months.
*They dont have proper connection speed in cities like Bangalore and Hyd, where the hell will they provide 3.1 Mbps speed. All I am getting is 144 Kbps with 10-14 KBps download speed.*
I have registered complains for 10+ times but nothing is being done. If I ask them to disconnect the device for 2-3 months, ** say that, IF you deactivate it, you can never activate it again. Which means they will F**K 2400rs.
Never ever buy this product. Go for TATA(most valued brand in India).**Reliance is a bunch of Thieves.*
