Disgusting after sales service reliance netconnect - upgrade to broadband+ offer is disgusting, pathetic and frustrating. They give you a very lucrative offer that if you upgrade from 1xcdma to broadband+, you will get a waiver of 250 per month for 12 months on certain plans. I fell prey to these promises, and ended up being fleeced of my money.

Launched complain with reliance customer care after i got the first bill that was not adjusted for any waivers, and then started a painful ordeal of calling up customer care every alternate day to follow up. The problem was promised to be addressed in 48 hrs, but they closed it today, after one month the complain was launched. And guess what, the resolution is there is no problem in you bill, if you want to terminate the connection, you are free to do that. Sure i will terminate this connection now, as i have simply run out of patience. And i warn others not to fall prey for this funny offer they are extending.
