Reliance broadband + is a useless & pathetic product. I am using broadband+ since last few months.
Earlier they used to charge erratically, & after complaining revert back the extra levied charges. Thankfully that have been stopped now but surprisingly it had been repeated for 5 consecutive months.The speed is so slow. They claimed speed upto 3.1 mbps but I have never got more than 30-35 kbps.
On calling there tech support, the executive claimed that I am getting 500 kbps on an average, which ironically have never got.
Anyway, my earnest request & advise not to buy this useless product.
