A friend of mine is using reliance net connect in gurgaon.The speed needless to say is pathetic. Also once a week the connection goes down. When he calls the customer care no. generally locals from Haryana answer back rudely. The customer care guys aren't aware of the technical details .
On one occasion when my friend asked the guy to transfer the call to his supervisor , he resorted to talking in local haryanvi language (interspersed with slangs. Believe me their tone is very very harsh). It was a very horrible experience for him.
I wonder whether Reliance hires these people purposefully in order to deter the customers from calling customer care .
