Got a reliance net connect 3 months advanced rental plan for 2500 Rs- 5 GB unlimited( USB device free ). Everything seemed to work well initially , my address was verified and the stick started working within a day with fair speed . But problems started after 2 weeks when it suddenly became inactive. Contacted the reliance web world office from where the product was purchased , they told the address verification was negative because I did not answer the call from the verifying official ( I am sure I did).
Now I am after them for the last 2 weeks -none of them answering the call even. Now I understand that once you pay the rent in advance for 3 months and if you are unsure about continuing the connection beyond that, they just terminate your connection , quoting some silly reasons. After all money is in their hand already, why they should take the burden of an additional customer. Hence my suggestion- never believe in Reliance- their smile will vanish once the device is in your hand and money in their pocket. At least never go for advance rental plans please.
