I have been using a reliance no since years. Few months ago when the service was bad...i wanted to port...but at their request, I stayed back with them...thinking that they will improve the service.
Today I see that the outgoing facility is blocked. I have paid the bill properly and net is due after 25th. Except *222, *333 and 198 no other no is working.
They say to solve the problem I need to contact *345 or 30336363 both toll free nos. Even these nos not getting connected. The message I receive is " Please contact customer care to resume the service"
Great..Please never go with this.
