I had reliance mobile smart sim and I was a user of reliance from 2 -3 year but it was very bad experiance for me due to balance actually what happens whenever you recharge your phone with a very lum some amount like 100, 200, 300 or more.
What they do they automatically deduct your amount from your account without informing you and many of the service automatically gets activate this is the biggest problem with the reliance telecom, and this problem with not any other company I am facing, currently I am idea user I port my number from smart to idea, network issue I suffer too.
I suffered with lots of these kind of stuff thats why I switched from reliance, vodafone is also good, if you want, but I would suggest you that if you are thinking to take sim card so never ever go for reliance, you will definitely facing such issues if you are going for reliance so I would say dont go for reliance smart sim .
