I have very bad experience for Reliance mobile operator.
Recently I port from Airtel network to Reliance network, I was recharge 149 rupees for unlimited STD and Local calling facility for 28 days. but I used only 19 to 20 Days from 28 days only because this is big network issue for Reliance.
I was recharge 30 rupees during the my unlimited calling facility was available. They was deducted my complete balance but I didn't noticed.
Second time once again I recharged 30 rupees and I was received 23 rupees talktime.
After two days I was trying to call someone but there is no balance. It was automatically diducted by Reliance for som Value added service. they was activated VAS service without my permission. I was complaing the customer care and I was also sent the complain email but they was not to provide my balance.
Network service also worst. I am waiting three months then I will port my number to some other network.
I strongly recommended everyone to do not go for Reliance network.
