There are lots of reviews plaguing the Mobile operators cust care quality. And I would certainly say that you too must have suffered at their hands.
I suffered at the hands of Vodafone for 3 years and have written a fitting review on this website.Amazingly, I have been using Reliance GSM connection for last 14months and the customer care I have been receiving has been nothing short of amazing.
I faced issues on international roaming, I lodged an online complaint, and I received a call for the same in 2 hours, and issue sorted out in 6 hours.
2 follow up calls to confirm if I am facing the same issue again.
Further, when back in India, I had to deal with them on 2 accounts and the queries have been resolved to my satisfaction. I maybe a BLACK SWAN, but I have been very happy with Reliance GSM.
