Yesterday I recharged my Relaince CDMA prepaid mobile online through HDFC bank for the amount of Rs 200 but I just got amount of Rs 0.02 (i.e 2 paise)
When I called their customer care and inquired about it, surprisingly they told me that customers can get only Validity top-up through online recharge. Also they told me that even though I have lifetime validity but after this recharge now I will have just 30 day validity and I have to pay again after 30 days for moving into lifetime validity. If anyone will visit Reliance Infocomm online recharge section they won't get any kind of details about this policy.
Also to their shame when I mailed them twice about this case I didn't received any reply from them till now. I even mailed their Gujarat Nodal officer at Rcomnodalofficer.GJ@relianceada.com.
I will just say that all guys BEWARE OF THESE CHEATS. They are number one THUGS of INDIA. In fact its their policy framed from top of their hierarchy i.e from Anil Ambani i.e to cheat and increase their revenue and from that money Mr Ambani will gift Yatch to his wife on her birthday. YEH BHAGWAAN is RELAINCE se INDIA ko Bachao !
