Oct2012- I want to add/ change my view now-
All telcos are giving poor service and levy fraud charges of caller tunes, or 'cricket service', and their network is poor. surprisingly I find Reliance GSM is giving the best network and lowest rates ((as of now)). In Delhi - STD calls at 25 paise, and local calls at 10 paise. I'm loving it. so out of all I use Rel gsm most, airtel and voda are too expensive.

In august 2012 I wrote below review-
Reliance GSM prepaid- wiped out my balance with Cricket service, songs and what not, after complaint they refunded just Rs 30 out of 250. the customer care guy was trying to convince me to withdraw my complaint so that he could refund Rs 3, haha yes Rs 3 only. for talking to him 6 minutes I think I already paid that amount, why isn't CC free for complaints?
Relcom- signal strength is just about okay, it varies as you talk, and call disconnects suddenly and then signal will come back again. maybe they do it purposely to collect charges for full minute.
I want to add- Vodafone also does this fraud practice of putting ringtones and extra VAS charges whenever they want, or rather EVERY month, my father is always shouting at them to reverse charges. signal strength good, billing practices are fraud.
