I HAD CDMA NUMBER WHICH COMPANY HAD UPGRADE THE NUMBER TO GSM LTE SIM.


CDMA TECHNLOGY IS WORKING WELL THAN 2G GSM GIVING GOOD INTERNET SPEED AND NOW THEY HAD GIVEN ME GSM 4G SIM WHICH IS TOTALLY WASTE FOR NOT HAVE GSM 2G NETWORK NEAR MY HOUSE HAVING PROBLEM THEY HAD TAKEN 130 RS FOR 4G SIM AND SAID YOU WILL GET 10 GB 4G DATA 4G NETWORKS ARE LIVED NEAR MY HOUSE AND ONLY GETTING 4G SIGNAL NO 2G SIGNAL. HOW CAN I MADE CALL TO ANY ONE IF 2G SIGNAL IS NOT COMMING.THIS PROBLEM IS STARTED AFTER COMPANY HAD CONVERTED CDMA TO 4G.


NUMBER IS WORKING WELL WHEN IT IS ON CDMA NETWORK.THEIR IS NO ISSUE WHEN IT IS CDMA.


WHEN I TRY TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE NO ONE TALK ONLY MACHINE ARE SAYING.


BAD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES.


RJIO IS WORKING BETTER THAN RCOM WAITING FOR JIO COMERCIAL LAUNCH FOR MNP SERVICE.
