I am using relince from last 3 months . but sorry to say its service not only poor its becommimg worst . its cut my mobile balance any time without any cause some time send me a sms I activated a service about which I did not fo really. Some times they refund my balance sometime not . calling is not helpful. Sometime call got onesided . net speed is not good to . there is no reason to stay with this service . sometime they cut money twice a day when I try to call 2nd time call ne er reach to customer care . if anyone thinking to switch into relince never do that . make ur own research 1st.
