I bought reliance passport SIM becuase it seemed a very good product. It never worked in South korea. On coming back the customer care said they would investigate but never did anything. I gave up. In china only SMS's went through!. Then recently I went to Spain, it did not work. Customer care said we will investigate , but never even asked what was the issue! I called up Mr. Borse as listed on their website and he was so rude to me that I can not imagine such a guy working in customer care! I am stuck with my balance of 4000+ and they are not willing to refund the money.
Any ideas how to claim money from these fraudsters?
Beware never try this product
