I never get network coverage and suffer frequent call drops. Most of the time the other person isnt able to hear my voice. I want to port to some other connection but I cant as I have much balance and cant affort to waste or lose those balance.There was no intimation of the problem ever.
Even a small note in the last bill that the pending amount had to be cleared by x date would have been enough. I would have immediately arranged for it to be paid. But it was just a normal bill like all previous months and I had no clue of the problem.
