I used to use Reliance 1 year ago. I used to have many issues including call drop, no network in most of the areas, etc. I also had bad experience when they used to deduct money from my talk time in the name of data usage which I dint use.
There was a time when I could see Rs. 110 as talktime and I cannot make calls. When I called the customer care they said amount is deducted but its not reflected in the balance.
This is ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone to use Reliance Service to any one.
