Never go for postpaid connection from Reliance. They are not transparent at all. I faced a terrible time for getting the termination of their postpaid service.
Even with constant follow up in last 10 days with the customer care guys, they have not yet terminated the connection and monthly rental is still continue for my post paid connection. Try avoiding the reliance post paid at all. They will try to keep billing you to the maximum extent. In case you leave the plan without proper closer then it will be problem in future too.
Even I have tough time in reaching to customer care guys. Their customer menu is not user friendly. I felt they are the worst customer centric people out of other service providers.
For add some more details:
It got disconnected on 11/27 after I visited Reliance customer care office. I settled the amount which they asked and now after a month I got a bill again for 8 days with late payment fees.
Horrible experience.
