What you think about RIM I liked to know.
But here my views on rim.
I am using it since last two years.
When rim launched service they made good marketingto promote as next revolution in telephone sector.As it turned out it indeed was revolution in telecom sector as Govt and Trai has to amend laws to favour reliance!
Reliance always had good brand equity but middle class seem to be distruting reliance for long time many call them even chor!
To be honest rim indeed made cell dream reality for common man.
It indeed sucessful in taking internet in rural area as well.
But if we rate them for most imp parameters as customers we see.
