I took reliance after reading the reviews about CDMA technology. But the service offerred by Reliance is pathetic. If we go to WebWorld they do not have respect to customers. In this web site I read many articles where people complained the way reliance cust care people treat thier customers, and I too strongly agree with that.
If you call their cust care they do not have answers for most of the question we ask.
There are many other things like bills, returning of cheques to old customers who gave post dated cheques.
We cannot access internet from the mobile phone as they have promised. R world is a stupid thing. The content is not updated.
And after TRAI ruling, we have to pay for all outing calls as interconnect charges. This means the free 400 minutes are for nothing.
