I am using reliance connection for the last 17 years. The service provided by the company earlier for CDMA was good and packs they gave us were superb! Now -a -days they are jus lostttttt! To add, they brought some vague plans by adding / debiting the account by 250/- plus before two months.when asked, Oh.God! what sorts of answers they had given I don't know.but I was not happy with the new plan and not allowed them to deduct my money.within two weeks the RIM connections got DIMMED in our locality. no service. nothing. so they are looting people with a lot of new tricks I feel. very poor.no ethics.
