Fake schemes which happen to deduct balance even after subscribing and using it according to thier terms and conditions .
Enjoy Unlimited Facebook and whats app at rs 16 per month .
even after activating the plan the balance keeps deducting and the customer care on 198 is having a technical upgrade since 12th of january 2013 .
They have been refusing to even give me a complaint number saying there is a system error and they can not check and asking me to call back again .
on 17/1/2012 after accepting that the technical issues have been resolved the call was hung up after me waiting for 5 minutes first for the executive to respond and then 3-4 minutes on hold which he took to check whether what the problem is.
this is what they reply to complaints via email(:'Reliance=011-621-715')- "Please note that, as per our records we are able to check only last 3 days deduction details so we are unable to check the deduction details on 13.1.13."
No body is ready to help since 12th january and my balance goes down everytime I use whats app or facebook even after paying 16 rs for whats app and 16 rupees for facebook!
making a mockery out of customers patience and trust over the company .
