Reliance Mobile, being one of the most leading network operators of the country is now drowning in the present market. There was time 85% of the people used to use Reliance, but today it has became a matter of hatred. And the only one responsible for this downfall is the company itself.


Coming to network, it provides one of the lowest level network compared to the other operators of the country. More over, call drop is a usual phenomena for the users of this network.


Customer service is not upto the mark, if you register a complain against some issue, it will be taken into action, but after few days, the same issue will erupt again. So you have to run to them again.


Here comes the main part, charges and billing. Additional charges for no reason or in better words for a reason(only they know) is in vogue with the company. There are many people in our country who are not expertise in the mobile operating system. Taking the advantage of the point, they project or rather plan how to make some extra stuff with this issue.


I was a customer of this network from the very beginning, later there was network problems hugely, moreover the'unknowing' facts of extra charges and billings against my number irritated me to the extreme level, which compelled me to leave this operator.


I  am presently using Airtel, and I must say I am lot satisfied with this network.
