Reliance Communication is the No.1 Fraud company in India. They give false information by text. Rob people of their money.
The customer care is awful and non supportive.
I recharged my mobile of Rs 299 as I got a promo text from reliance saying recharge with Rs 299 and get extra Rs 50 talk time. I did the same. But I didn't get any top up for Rs 299 let alone getting extra Rs 50 talk time.
All the customer care say that with Rs. 299 recharge, all calls for next 30 days will be charged at 30 paise per minute.
Biggest fraudster organization i have ever seen.
